The lMPA course gave us much more than insight: it gave usactual knowledge about the historical,economical, politicaland cultural background of one of the biggest economies inthe world, and one that is ever changing. Understanding therole of the state and public policies in those terms is veryrewarding,and doing that in such an internationa!environment really gives the idea of "Citizen of the World" amuch deeper meaning.
